get_implementation

Description: Full state of one Fenix implementation: install workflow status, deployed version, GitLab links, demo flag and expiry, update tier and the latest update attempt.

Description: Update (rollout) history. Give an implementation identifier for its update log history, a release version for that release's rollout across all implementations (with aggregate counts and whether anything blocks the staged rollout), or both for the single matching update log.
